Heat Transfer Surfaces


Integron tubes, sometimes referred to as low finned tubes, are available in sizes 5/8”, ¾” and 1” diameter.
Material options include stainless steel, copper, copper alloys and carbon steel. The process uplifts fins from the tube material increasing surface area of the tube by a factor of 2.4 – 3.0. Options on fins per inch are 19 or 26, with the overall tube length possible being from 500 mm up to 6000 mm.
Tubes can be bent to suit. The vastly increased surface area created with an integron tube allows a range of improvements and possibilities. You could use less tube to perform a particular function, or could increase the efficiency of the operation. Units made more efficient merely by replacing straight tube with integron. Units made smaller by using shorter or fewer lengths of integron tube, replacing straight tube.
